Features of panchakarma in the Ayurveda Bhavan center

Traditionally, panchakarma was invented in the Indian culture and as any national treatment it is aimed at the people living in this territory. That is why our doctors carry out all the treatment in an adapted form. The intensity of the course and frequency of the treatments is chosen so as to have the smoothest possible influence on the body while keeping the cleansing and therapeutic effect.

Despite that many people feel unwell during the first days of panchakarma due to the fact that the body begins to remove toxins and during this period one needs full rest and proper nutrition.
If you have any health problems we recommend to have a long-distance consultation with the head doctor of the clinic.

The oils used contain only ingredients safe for the health.

The recommended duration of the program is 10 days. This is the minimum period during which all the necessary treatments can be carried out. However, if desired, the program can be increased up to 14 or 21 days.

In order get tangible results from the treatment you must follow all the doctor's recommendations. Panchakarma can be stressful for the body.
